A multi-tenant platform running ten marketplaces from one panel

A seller listing one catalogue on ten channels is running ten inventories. One source of truth was established and the complexity stayed inside the adapters.

10 channels
Marketplace integrations
One record
One record pushes everywhere
One queue
Orders regardless of source

Situation

Each channel has its own product model, price rules, order format and idea of what a variant is.

Stock drifts, oversells happen, and reconciling by hand stops being possible around the third channel.

Approach

One product record pushes to every connected channel; stock and price propagate from a single source of truth, and orders return to one queue regardless of origin.

The integration layer is written per channel because the APIs genuinely differ — one marketplace’s category and attribute model has nothing in common with another’s — but that complexity stays inside the adapter.

The hardest part was drift, not API work: deciding which channel is authoritative when two disagree, and refusing to let a “lowest wins” heuristic silently erode stock.

Result

Opening a dealer store takes minutes instead of days, and cancellations caused by stock drift became measurable.

AI product image generation sits on top of it.
